David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has explained where the idea for the title of his new album, Timeless, came from.
He revealed in an interview about his most recent musical endeavor that Don Jazzy, a renowned music producer, had suggested a name for his upcoming fourth studio album.
He clarified that he followed up on a suggestion Jazzy made in his direct message (DM) from about a year ago.
Davido claimed that he nearly went with a different album title before settling on the Mavin CEO’s suggestion of “Timeless.”
Funny enough, Jazzy actually DMed me about a year ago and suggested that I call my album Timeless, he said. In the end I changed it like two months ago and changed it back.”
