Yemi Solade, a Nollywood actor, has taken to social media to express his concerns about his mental health.
The Yoruba actor begged God for help in a now-deleted post.
Yemi Solade hinted at depression by sharing a photo of himself looking sober, but he didn’t elaborate.
In another post, Solade stated that in order to survive in Nigeria, one must be a member of a cult.
Solade captioned the photo, “IT IS REAL, #cult #cultism #cultic #survival #depressed.”
While many people were still puzzled about what was going on, Bolanle Ninalowo took to the comments section to encourage his colleague.
“One must be GOD’s baba!” Only God exists! Shake it off and grab that bible. Read to comprehend and
not simply to pray and then see the blessings all around you. “Smile and then go to the gym,” Ninalowo wrote in the comments section.
“We will be able to see and acknowledge our blessings when we stop paying attention to and counting other people’s material “Vanity.” When we become accustomed to counting our blessings, there will be many more to count.
Baba, you are truly blessed. Keep your focus and business in mind.”
