The Abia State Police Command has reported two missing people.
Both men have Umuahia addresses; Mr. Nicholas Nwuju lives at 47 Imo lane, while Mr. Chinwuba Enwereji lives in Umuekpo.
Mr. Nicholas Nwuju was last seen on August 18th, and his family’s efforts to track him down since then have been fruitless, according to a statement released by the Abia State Police Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, ASP Maureen Chioma Chinaka.
Mr. Chinwuba Enwereji, aged 28, is reported missing after he rode out from his house on his motorcycle.
The press announcement asked for the public’s help in locating the two missing people, and it directed them to contact the local police or the Police Public Relations Officer’s office on Bende road in Umuahia.
The Abia State Police Command had previously reported missing Mr. Chukwuebuka Abel and Miss Chikaodi James.
It has been stated that Chukwuebuka Abel left his residence on August 2 and has not returned.
He is chocolate-skinned, 28 years old, and lives in Umuahia’s Orie Ugba market.
Miss Chikaodi James, who the police say is 16 years old and last seen on August 6, 2022, left her house at No. 57 Aguiyi Ironsi street, Umuahia, for an unknown location, and has not returned.
Residents of the state, especially those in Umuahia and Aba, are becoming increasingly concerned about the increasing number of complaints of missing individuals and auto theft.
