Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate lost the case in court because they couldn’t establish their case beyond a reasonable doubt.
The People’s Democratic Party and its candidate, Saidu Umar, went to the tribunal to contest the win of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Ahmad Aliyu, in the governorship election held on March 18.
