According to Fabrizio Romano, a transfer analyst, Samuel Chukwueze will officially sign with Serie A powerhouse AC Milan this week.
The transfer cost for the Nigerian international reportedly settled at €27m last week between AC Milan and Villarreal.
Despite Al Nassr, a team in the Saudi Arabia Professional Football League, trying to derail the transfer, the two clubs and the player have decided to press forward with the deal.
It’s official: “Milan is sealing final details of the deal to sign Samuel Chukwueze — as documents will be checked today,” Romano stated on Twitter.

Real Madrid, Newcastle United, and Aston Villa were all reportedly interested in signing the 24-year-old.
