Peter Obi plans to appeal Tuesday at the Supreme Court

Peter Obi’s legal team may submit an appeal with the Supreme Court on Tuesday, according to Yunusa Tanko, a spokesman for the Peter Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council.

It has also been reported that Obi has no intention of replacing any of his current legal counsel.

Reporters learned this from Tanko and LP’s National Legal Adviser Kehinde Edun.

We have not yet submitted the appeal, as I just verified. Between today and next Tuesday, that will be completed.

Also, “we are not seeking to engage or tweak our team of lawyers,” Tanko stated.

We are still inside the deadline,” Edun remarked, thus the appeal has not been submitted just yet.

In a few seconds, it will be finished. Our legal staff hasn’t changed at all. Our best hands are among them.

“We have no reason to replace them because we have faith in their abilities.”

According to the SAREWA HAUSA, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja has dismissed Peter Obi’s petitions disputing Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 Presidential election.

After hearing the verdict, the LP presidential contender vowed to appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court.
