On September 6th, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will issue its decision.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal finally set the date for ruling on the three petitions contesting the proclamation of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election to be this coming Wednesday, September 6, ending two weeks of speculation.
The date was verified to SAREWAHAUSA on Monday by Umar Mohammed Bangari, chief registrar of the Court of Appeal.
Bangari, whose court is hosting the Tribunal, assured everyone that everything would be done to make sure the verdicts in the three cases were delivered without a hitch.
The petitions are those submitted by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Abubakar Atiku, Labour Party (LP) candidate Peter Obi, and the Allied Peoples Movement (APC) petition.
Bangari suggested that proper security measures have been taken and that the courtroom would be closed to all but invited members of the political parties and the general public.
