Nnamdi Kanu Assures That Sit-At-Home Is Dead and Buried

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has declared that the Monday sit-in is “dead and buried.”

Kanu made the comment while asking Southeast residents to embrace the cancellation of the sit-at-home directive.

Kanu, speaking through his lead Counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, urged Southeast citizens to resist those who use his name to defraud people.

The IPOB-led sit-in was called in order to press for Kanu’s release.

However, the project was hijacked by criminal elements who used the tactic to wreak mayhem.

Kanu had discontinued the project and replaced it with Economic Empowerment Day, EED, in an attempt to find a long-term solution to the sit-at-home chaos.

According to Ejiofor’s statement:

“The Oracle #MNK has spoken.” Even if it has been voluntarily observed in the past, our people are advised to critically assess the unquantifiable damages resulting from it, and wisely welcome #MNK’s unequivocal declaration completely canceling any form of sit-at-home, and reject the dangerous tendencies of criminal elements using the revered name of #MNK to dupe the gullible and vulnerable.

“Previously, it was warships parked on the banks of the rivers Benue and Niger; then, it was Biafra in 150 days; and now, it is donors for a phantom two-week sit-at-home palliative.”

“Before you donate, consider where and when any fictitious sit-at-home was spotted.

“Let our people put on their thinking caps and resist these serial fraudsters whose only goal is to take advantage of their unwavering support for Biafra and #MNK.”

“Biafrans are endowed with wisdom and can no longer be manipulated violently.”
