A Nigerian doctor working in the UK has had custody of his 16-year-old son taken away by authorities because the boy was flogged with a belt.
On Wednesday, pepstalk1, a kid advocate, made the announcement on her Instagram page.
After discovering his son and some friends he had called over to study watching an indecent film, the Nigerian doctor flogged his son, as she related.
According to the doctor’s pals, the father was thrashing his son with a belt while the doctor kept asking, “Is this how you want to become a doctor?”
She was filmed outside the courtroom where the trial was taking place, detailing what happened.
According to what she stated in court, “the 16-year-old informed the court that his father always flogs him and is forcing him to choose a career he doesn’t want.
Following the boy’s evidence, the judge issued an order that he be removed from his father’s custody and placed in the care of the UK government.
