Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho scored in the first half to give Manchester United a 2-0 friendly win over Arsenal at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The crowd of 82,262 was a new record for a soccer game played in a stadium.
After being named United’s new captain, Fernandes celebrated by scoring a goal against Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale from 20 yards out.
Sancho then buried a stunning shot into the top corner to double the lead.
