On Sunday, July 30, President Bola Tinubu relocated to Abuja’s Aso Rock.
Due to renovations beginning in April, the president has been working out of his own residence in Asokoro since taking office.
To refresh your memory, President Muhammadu Buhari and his family resided in the Glass House while the main mansion was being renovated just before he resigned.
The president’s official residence is being renovated until August, but TheCable reports that President Tinubu has already relocated into the Glass House on Sunday night.
After receiving complaints from the public about traffic congestion caused by road closures and restrictions, Tinubu reportedly moved into the Villa.
The insider stated, “He reportedly left on Sunday night after receiving numerous complaints about the traffic jams caused by his movements.”
It was said of him, “He too was unhappy with the discomfort to the public, but the official residence is still not ready, so he decided to move to the Glass House.”
