On Sunday, Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo declared that he is making every effort to improve the state’s security.
His remarks were part of a liturgy at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Awka commemorating Nigeria’s independence anniversary.
The governor has pledged his administration’s dedication to protecting the state’s citizens.
He claims the state administration has increased intelligence collecting and sharing and dispatched security personnel to key areas around the state.
The security of all people is a top priority for my government. He reassured the public that efforts were being made to solve security concerns in the state and that success was imminent.
The governor urged Nigerians to be aware of sources that spread false information.
Soludo claimed that some persons were misinforming the public by using the current security situation in Nigeria.
