According to Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane will remain in the Premier League if he is not sold before their league opener against Brentford on August 13.
Kane believes that leaving after the season has begun would be unjust to the club and the new manager, Ange Postecoglou.
Bayern Munich has been in talks with England captain Joe Hart for several weeks.
The Bundesliga winners are hoping to improve on their previous £81.7m (€95m) bid to Spurs.
Any agreement for Kane would be Bayern’s most expensive transfer ever.
Manchester United have also been connected with Kane, although the Red Devils are close to completing a deal for Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund.
