Mr. Bimbo Omiyale, formerly the chairman of the Oyo state council for the city of Ibadan’s southeast district, has passed away.
According to information obtained by SAREWA HAUSA ,Omiyale passed away following a protracted battle with a mysterious illness.
He was admitted to the hospital, where he stayed until he passed away on Sunday.
He was given a proper Islamic burial at his home.
Oyo State’s former ALGON chairman, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, has verified the politician’s passing.
Abass-Aleshinloye took advantage of the situation to demand that Governor Seyi Makinde honor the Supreme Court’s ruling by compensating the former members of ALGON for their losses.
He insisted that the deceased would be sorely mourned by his political colleagues and friends.
