The nine-time winners will play host to Sao Tome and Principe in the opening leg on Friday, September 22 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos.
Four days later, the opposite fixture will be in effect.
In the second round, scheduled for November 27-December 5, the victor of this matchup will face the victor of the first-round matchup between Cape Verde and Liberia.
The next edition of the continental showcase will return to Morocco, which hosted it last year.
