Kylian Mbappe will remain with Paris Saint-Germain, as stated by club president Naseer Al-Khelaifi.
After making it apparent he would not sign a contract extension, Mbappe’s future with the Ligue 1 champions was in doubt for much of the offseason.
However, the 24-year-old turned down offers to leave PSG, despite the fact that his current contract will end in June 2024.
He was initially locked out of first-team training but was later reintegrated. He has since scored in league games.
Kylian and I have had productive conversations. According to Al-Khelaifi of RMC, “he is a magnificent player, as a person and as a professional.”
All of his relatives have been consulted.
New agreement? I’d rather not broach that subject. Mbappé is a member of PSG.
