To lead the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), President Bola Tinubu has appointed Khalil Suleiman Halilu to the position of Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
On Friday, Ajuri Ngelale, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, released a statement with the news.
The presidential order stated that the appointment would become effective immediately.
Ngelale claims that Khalil Suleiman Halilu has been appointed to a five-year term in office in accordance with the applicable provisions of the NASENI Act, 2014.
According to the release, Halilu’s 32 years of experience as an inventor and technological specialist will be invaluable in his new role as a national leader.
We regret to inform you that Dr. Bashir Gwandu’s time as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of NASENI has come to an end.
