“If you must do Yahoo, target politicians” Reverend Fr. Oluoma

Reverend Fr. Chinenye Oluoma, a well-known Nigerian Catholic priest, has sent a message to Internet scammers, sometimes known as “Yahoo Boys.”

A pastor in Nigeria condemned young people’s participation in online fraud and advocated instead that they go after politicians.

Things aren’t looking good, and it’s exactly as he predicted.

The priest’s Tuesday morning sermon was videotaped and posted to his Facebook page, where he was heard condemning online scammers for preying on the vulnerable and expressing a wish that they would instead target politicians.

Even if some artists use their songs to promote Yahoo, Father Oluoma says that they do not represent a legitimate way of life.

In his own words, “when you pursue wealth at the expense of fellow humans, you are trashing people to get a treasure that will be trash in your life,” he went on to explain that this is precisely what happens when people kill each other for money.

Why criminals and scam artists should take offence when preachers label their actions as wicked is beyond me. Those who would rather stay in their comfortable homes and use the internet to stalk an easy target are the “Yahoo” of this sentence.

“Then the individual becomes so broke after 30 to 40 years of work. While the victim dies of hopelessness, hypertension, and a heart attack, you enjoy a life of luxury thanks to the stolen money.

Because certain performers glorify it in their songs, you may assume that it is widespread.

If your idea of Yahoo is to trick people into sending you money, then leave them penniless and dying of a heart attack, then what do you want to accomplish?

Some people even consider it a legitimate way to make money. Thievery is not exactly a legitimate side hustle. Being that type of person never ends well.

If you’re liking that sort of thing, please don’t get married and have kids. They’ll be the ones who end up suffering.

To be a Yahoo, one must, at the very least, pursue corrupt politicians. Of course you wouldn’t go after dishonest employees. If you want to have a conversation with God about this in the afterlife, you should at least try to bring the bad politicians to justice.
