Abdulwasiu Salawudeen, a guy from Kebbi, has been detained and charged with the murder of Aminu Abdullahi, a customs officer.
The Command’s Comptroller Mister, Ben Oramalugo, revealed the news in a statement on Sunday, calling the situation “very sad” and adding that the suspect had been apprehended for further investigation.
Ben said that Abdullahi was slain in the course of duty on Tamac road in the Yauri local government region of Kebbi state by a speeding vehicle.
Aminu initially received care at Yauri General Hospital, but then moved to Wammako Orthopedic Hospital for more specialized therapy.
Despite his improvement while on treatment, he passed away,” Ben stated.
