Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, has expressed his condolences following the deaths of Nigerian actors and filmmakers Obinna Nwafor, also known as Saint Obi, and Murphy Afolabi.
Obi expressed his sorrow over their deaths in a tweet on Monday via his verified handle.
Obi expressed condolences to their immediate families, Nollywood, and the Actors Guild of Nigeria on their deaths, saying they contributed to the growth of Nollywood and Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
He stated,
