Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has stated that he has proven those who underestimated him and thought he would not perform well as governor wrong.
He emphasized that dancing is his hobby and that he has never pretended to be good at it.
Adeleke, whose election was upheld by the Supreme Court on Tuesday, said those who criticized him for his dancing ability had themselves become dancers.
“My hobby is dancing.” “I don’t pretend, and I don’t try to impress,” he said on Channels TV’s Politics Today.
He claimed that he demonstrated his dancing hobby even while in the Senate, and his critics claimed that he was unable to debate or make meaningful contributions.
“But I surprised them,” he said in the Senate. Now I am.”
Adeleke stated that he would have been a musician but is pleased that his nephew, David Adeleke, also known as Davido, is doing well in that field.
He stated that the people of Osun State should expect better governance from him in the future.
