Toyin Abraham, a popular Nollywood actress, has expressed hope that the country will see a new dawn on May 29.
According to Information Nigeria, her statement comes just hours after her name was added to the list of committee members for President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s inauguration.
Abraham, who revealed this in a weekend Twitter post, also stated that Nigeria is about to enter “a positive and great phase we have never experienced before.”
The actress, who campaigned for Tinubu, also urged Nigerians to pray for and support the new administration, which will take over in a few days.
