Pastor Disappears with 52 Phones and Money Following Crusade In the city of Ibadan

Dr. Owen Abraham, a Gambian pastor, is said to be on the run after stealing 52 cellphones, cash, and other valuables from worshippers at a crusade he organized in Ibadan, Oyo State.

On the final day of the three-day crusade, Abraham claimed that the Holy Spirit directed him to tell people to hand in their phones and valuables, only to abscond with them.

The victims claimed Abraham, who had enticed them into three days of fasting and prayer, was nowhere to be found on the final day of the crusade, with all attempts to reach him futile.

Someone in my neighborhood invited me to the crusade. He was dressed in pastor’s robes. He stated that he will purchase a house for one of us that will be fully furnished.
