Controversial Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, a Nigerian singer, recently took to the streets to distribute food to residents of Lagos State.
The Zazoo singer posted videos of charitable gestures to his Instagram page.
The singer was seen in the videos distributing food items such as rice, bread, and drinks to some of his fans.
He also shared shoes and other non-edibles with the less fortunate.
His generous act comes just 48 hours after he was released from detention.
Portable was arrested by police on Friday after failing to show up for invitations and was arraigned in court on Monday on a three-count charge of assault and theft of musical equipment.
He was, however, granted bail. in the sum of N800,000 for the three charges with two sureties in like sum, by an Ogun State Magistrate’s Court sitting in Ifo.
